Going back to the basics: using simple materials to decorate little areas around the home which need a little TLC. Five minutes, a few things from the dollar store, some paper clips and scrap paper are all we need. Then simply clip and hang…and spend the rest of the time (you would’ve spent decorating) with the family. Merry Christmas!
As a wife, mom, reluctant homeschool teacher, defacto interior designer, handywoman, “all-around maker of all things” (or so my 7-year-old daughter thinks), time is precious. I totally get it. As a mom of 3 kids, subconsciously stockpiling these precious time-saving tidbits along the way gave way to Simple Not Simple—a busy woman’s survival guide of useful shortcuts, inspiring Christian lessons, easy style how-to segments, wife/mom insights, DIY hacks, informative in-depth pieces with bits of the joyous nostalgic 80s sprinkled throughout (hey, why not?).
